Payment Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Client’s account balance represents the financial obligations of Garant Trade to the Client at any given time.
1.2. Garant Trade’s financial obligations to the Client arise from the moment a deposit is recorded on the account and end when the Client withdraws funds in full from the account.
1.3. The Client has the right to demand from Garant Trade fulfillment of obligations up to the amount of the account balance.
1.4. Official deposit and withdrawal methods are those payment details of Garant Trade listed on the website. Garant Trade is not responsible for failures or delays caused by these payment systems. All complaints must be directed to the respective payment system’s support, and Garant Trade must be informed accordingly.
1.5. Garant Trade is not liable for actions of third parties acting as intermediaries in transactions. Financial liability of Garant Trade begins upon receipt of funds on Garant Trade’s account and upon debiting during withdrawals.
1.6. In case of technical errors in financial transactions, Garant Trade reserves the right to cancel such transactions and related service outcomes.
1.7. Each Client is allowed to register only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be blocked, and funds on them frozen without refund.
2. Client Registration and Verification
2.1. Registration consists of two stages:
- Submission of personal and contact information on Garant Trade’s website;
- Identity verification (KYC).
2.2. For verification, the Client must provide:
- A scan/photo of passport or ID (two pages);
- Upon request — documents confirming residence address, bank details, photo of bank card, and other documents.
2.3. Document review takes up to 10 business days, extendable to 30 business days if necessary.
3. Deposits
3.1. Clients may fund their accounts via available methods: bank cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies (if applicable).
3.2. All deposits must be made from payment sources owned by the Client. Third-party payments are prohibited.
3.3. Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the chosen method.
3.4. Garant Trade reserves the right to verify the source of funds and may request additional documentation.
3.5. Deposits must be requested through the Personal Account. Only currencies listed on the site (e.g., RUB) are accepted.
3.6. Processing times depend on payment system used:
- Electronic payments — instant or up to 1 day;
- Bank transfers — 3 to 45 business days.
4. Withdrawals
4.1. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit or, at Garant Trade’s discretion, to the Client’s bank account.
4.2. All withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days (excluding payment system processing time).
4.3. Full identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals.
4.4. Garant Trade reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests suspected of fraud or AML/KYC violations.
4.5. Client profits can only be withdrawn by methods agreed upon with Garant Trade.
4.6. Withdrawal requests are submitted via the Personal Account and are considered accepted once visible in the “Balance Operations History” section.
4.7. In case of incorrect payment details, the Client is responsible for any fees related to corrections.
4.8. Currency conversion for withdrawals may be applied at Garant Trade’s internal rate if requested currency differs from the account currency.
4.9. Garant Trade may set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits depending on the method used.
5. Withdrawal Methods
5.1. Bank Transfer:

- Garant Trade is not responsible for transfer times.

7.2. Refunds are possible only:
- In case of technical errors;
- In case of double charges;
- At Garant Trade’s sole discretion in exceptional cases.
7.3. Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
8. Taxes
8.1. Garant Trade is not a tax agent and does not disclose Client information to third parties except upon official government request.
9. Fraud Prevention and Legal Compliance
9.1. Garant Trade complies with AML/CFT regulations and reserves the right to:
- Block accounts;
- Freeze funds pending investigation;
- Cancel transactions in case of fraud detection.
10. Account Currency
10.1. Account currency is selected at registration and used for all transactions.
10.2. Internal exchange rates apply when depositing or withdrawing in different currencies.
11. Trading Turnover and Bonus Terms
11.1. All account deposits are automatically subject to a trading turnover requirement — this is the minimum volume of trading operations that must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested.
11.2. By default, the trading turnover is set at ×1.5 of the deposit amount. This means that if a user deposits, for example, $100, they must place trades totaling $150 before submitting a withdrawal request.
11.3. When activating bonuses or promo codes, the turnover conditions change. For example, if a user receives a $25 bonus, the trading turnover may increase to ×40 — meaning they must place trades totaling $1,000 before a withdrawal is allowed. The specific multiplier depends on the bonus or promotion terms and is shown in the user’s account or bonus policy.
11.4. Bonuses that increase the account balance (e.g., ×2) also proportionally increase the required trading turnover.
11.5. Until the trading turnover is met, withdrawals are restricted.
